We currently publish titles in two series, Studies in Cosmology and Culture and Sophia Centre Master Monographs, as well as the peer-reviewed journal Culture and Cosmos and the postgraduate journal SPICA.

Two more series are in process and we look forward to launching them in 2019.

Studies in Cosmology and Culture

Studies in Cosmology and Culture is the foundational series of the Sophia Centre Press. Over the years the scholars involved with the annual Sophia Centre conferences have produced an immense body of work on cultural cosmology.

Sophia Centre Master Monographs

In 2014, it became clear that the master’s dissertations being written by graduates of the MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology could be expanded into monographs of their own. So far three titles have appeared and a number of new titles are on the way. The series is edited by Dr Jennifer Zahrt.

The peer-reviewed journal Culture and Cosmos began decades before Sophia Centre Press began, and has become our flagship journal. It is now open access and freely available online. Some individual print copies may be purchased through Amazon.

In 2013 we founded the postgraduate journal SPICA, which features excellent work from the students at the Sophia Centre. It is freely available online in PDF format.

The following images for both will lead you to their respective websites where you can learn more.
