Angela has been involved in devising and teaching the Masters programmes in Myth, Cosmology and the Sacred in Canterbury UK for the last fifteen years. Her passion for Renaissance music and culture led her to delve into the magical world of the fifteenth century magus Marsilio Ficino, and from there to the Western esoteric traditions and the power of the symbolic to awaken the human soul. She has published extensively on Ficino’s astrological music, astrology and divination, Neoplatonism and magic, and, more recently, on transformative learning. She has always felt the need to be a bridge builder, bringing imagination, creativity and reflexive writing into academic research. Her most recent publications include Re-enchanting the Academy (edited with Simon Wilson), 2017. Most of her work can be found at https://canterbury.academia.edu/AngelaVoss and she can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
